Stephen B. Jackson

Stephen B. Jackson has been with Glover, Young, Walton & Simmons, PLLC, since October 2007. Prior to working with Glover, Young, Walton & Simmons, Stephen practiced in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., as well as Bryan Nelson P.A. Stephen received an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi in 1993. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi in 1997 and an LLM in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998.

Stephen has experience in a wide array of legal areas. A partial listing of these areas includes: estate and asset-protection planning, estate administration, business planning, real estate, and litigation.

Stephen has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he taught numerous classes in business law, estate planning, and corporate and partnership taxation.

Stephen is married to Merrick Greene Jackson from Meridian, Mississippi, and they have two children, Mary Griffin Jackson and Stephen B. Jackson, Jr. Merrick is a registered nurse currently employed with Meridian Public Schools.
