Hampton W. Glover, III, "Winky" is an attorney with Glover, Young, Hammack, Walton and Simmons, PLLC. Prior to working with Glover Young, Winky practiced in Denver, Colorado and in Crested Butte, Colorado. He graduated Mississippi State University and majored in economics, and, banking and finance. Winky received his law degree from the University of Mississippi in 1988 and an LLM in taxation from New York University in 1989. Winky works mainly in the tax and business and individual planning area which includes estate planning and administration, asset protection planning and business reorganization and transactional work. He also works in the tax exempt area and serves as counsel to several tax exempt organizations.

Winky is a member of the Lauderdale County and Mississippi Bar Associations and has been a long serving member of the Bar’s Lawyers and Judges Assistance Committee. He serves on the board of several local organizations including the Community Foundation of East Mississippi, the East Mississippi Foothills Land Trust, the Executive and Endowment Committees of the Boy Scouts of America, and the Vestry of the Episcopal Church of the Mediator. Winky has also served as President of Love’s Kitchen and as a board member of the Meridian Community Development and Investment Corporation, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Meridian Symphony Orchestra.

Winky is married to Becky Heavner Glover from Tupelo, Mississippi and they have a son, Hamp. Becky is a former professional photographer and Executive Director of the Community Foundation of East Mississippi, and presently serves as a policy analyst with Parents for Public Schools National. Hamp is a graduate of Meridian High School, East Mississippi Community College (where he was a starting wide receiver and a team captain on the 2011 National Junior College football team), Mississippi State University, and Meridian Community College. He is currently an ICU nurse at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans and is completing his BS in nursing at MUW.

Winky works mainly in the tax and business and individual planning areas, which include estate planning and administration, asset-protection planning, and business reorganization and transactional work.
